"Delisting into the park" agreement

On the morning of May 18, Henan Zhonglian Glass Co., Ltd.'s "delisting into the park" agreement was signed and the foundation laying ceremony of the second phase project of China Building Materials (Shangqiu) Photoelectric Industrial Park was held in Suiyang District, Shangqiu City. Kaisheng Technology Group Co., Ltd. Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager Peng Shou and Shangqiu Mayor Zhang Jianhui jointly lit up the project kick-off. At the ceremony, the two sides signed an agreement on the implementation of the relocation and transformation of China Federation Glass and the high-quality development of Shangqiu's economic construction. The signing of the agreement marks the further implementation of strategic cooperation between the two sides. It is not only the practice of building industrial agglomeration and leading regional economic development in the process of urbanization upgrading, but also an important measure for Kaisheng Group to construct high-end development model of three new industries and promote high-quality development of enterprises. The ceremony was chaired by Ma Dengfeng, deputy governor of Suyang district.

He pointed out that the optoelectronic glass production line adopted the second generation float glass technology with completely independent intellectual property rights, combined with the deployment of "delisting into the park", adopted the mode of equal displacement, centralized start-up and staged production, constructed the integrated management and control + intelligent glass factory platform, and realized the informatization of glass production and manufacturing. Interconnection, digitalization and intellectualization are the leading technology in the world. The project is planned to invest 1.2 billion yuan. The main products are photoelectric glass sheets, automotive float glass sheets, solar glass substrates, photoelectric glass curtain walls, etc. The annual output value is expected to reach 700 million yuan and the profit and tax will be 100 million yuan.

In May 2018, with the strong support of Shangqiu municipal governments at all levels, Zhonglian Glass "delisting into the garden" took the first step in the relocation and reconstruction of the original factory production line.
