Training of enterprise technology innovation strategy and patent management work

On July 4, Professor Wang Ling of Business School of China University of Political Science and Law was invited by China Building Materials Bengbu Glass Industrial Design Institute to hold a training on the theme of "Enterprise Technology Innovation Strategy and Patent Management". The training was presided over by Jiang Rongying, Minister of Integrated Management of Bengbu Institute. Nearly 50 professional and technical personnel from the Ministry of Science and Technology Development, Key Laboratory, Mechanical and Electrical College, Bengbu Branch, Design Department and other units participated in the training.

Professor Wang Ling put forward the relationship between technological innovation and market demand and technological progress, and introduced the evolution process of various innovation modes. One step is to explain the strategy of patent application decision-making and patent standardization. At the same time, from four aspects of ideology, system, system and information management system, the paper expounds how enterprises should carry out intellectual property management.

Professor Wang Ling gave detailed and in-depth answers to the questions raised by the participants. The training helped to promote the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy of Bengbu Institute, focusing on the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and further enhanced the quality, skills and ability of the intellectual property management personnel and professional and technical personnel in the enterprises of Bengbu Institute to create, use, protect and manage intellectual property assets.

Professor Wang Ling is currently the chairman of the Business Administration Department of the Business School of China University of Political Science and Law, the executive director of the Industrial Engineering and Management Research Association of the Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering, the executive director of the Technical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Committee of the Chinese Society of Technology and Economics, the director of the Center for Enterprise Case Studies, the Doctor of Management of Tianjin University, and the Business Administration Institute of Tsinghua University. Postdoctoral fellow in management, visiting scholar of Stanford University and visiting professor of Purdue University.
