Go to some enterprises of Luoyang Glass Group to carry out inspection and supervision work.

In order to implement the spirit of the 17th National "Safety Production Month" and enhance the intrinsic safety level of enterprises, on June 27, under the leadership of Liu Baosheng, Director of Safety Committee Office of Kaisheng Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., Kaisheng Science and Technology Group joined Luobo Group to form a safety inspection group to visit Longhao Glass and Longmen of Luobo Group. The glass carries out on-site safety inspection and supervision.

The inspection team has carried out detailed inspection on the production sites of the two companies, especially on the key parts such as nitrogen and hydrogen stations, high-voltage distribution rooms and waste heat boilers, and has inspected and supervised the relevant safety management system, specifications, safety training implementation, as well as the development of monthly safety production activities.

After the inspection, a safety workshop was held, which was chaired by Li Dongnan, general manager of the comprehensive management department of Luobo Group. At first, Yang Peiqiang, manager of the enterprise management department of Kaisheng Science and Technology Group, conveyed the spirit of "Video Conference on Safety Production in Central Enterprises", which was jointly organized by SASAC and Emergency Management Department of the State Council on June 22. Subsequently, the persons in charge of the two inspected units report on the development of their respective work safety and the completion of the main operating indicators in the first half of the year. Experts of the inspection group briefed and exchanged information on the problems found during the inspection. Liu Yuquan, deputy general manager of Luobo Group, commented on the inspection. Geng Yazhuo, deputy general manager of Luobo Group, put forward requirements for rectification of the implementation problems.

In his concluding remarks, Liu Baosheng expressed his condolences and affirmation to the cadres and staff of the two inspected units for their persistent efforts to upgrade the level of safety management in spite of the extreme heat. He pointed out that the safety production situation of central enterprises in recent years is more serious, some areas have entered the flood season, rainstorm, lightning, high temperature, typhoon and other extreme weather is increasing, as an important part of the safety production month activities, the safety inspection is of great significance, enterprises should attach great importance to. And put forward specific requirements for the current operation and safety work of the two enterprises: First, as a benchmark enterprise, Longhao Glass, on-site management, safety system, facilities and other aspects are in a higher level as a whole, hoping to continue to improve, constantly to a new level. At the same time, it reminds Longhao to focus on inventory and production "two rates", carefully study the market trend in the latter period, comprehensively consider price, sales, repayment and other factors, to control inventory at a reasonable level; on the other hand, we should pay close attention to the quality of production, strive to improve the overall product rate and first-class product rate, to achieve quality, cost reduction and efficiency. 2. Longmen Glass is the oldest and oldest glass factory in Kaisheng Group. The hardware is really backward, but the site is clean and tidy, and the safety facilities are meticulous, including the humanistic care for employees. The human factor is the most active, the most critical, but also the source of safety and efficiency, especially gratifying that the company has been profitable for four consecutive months. We hope to seize the current favorable market opportunities and consolidate the achievement of "rigid governance". 3. Safety work needs to be taken seriously by the first-hand, the supervisor and leaders should work together, and the departments and groups should implement it layer by layer; the group joint safety inspection is only a promotion, more specific work needs to be carried out in daily work, pay close attention to details, and prevent accidents in the future.
