Bengbu institute holds training in the new trend of human resource management development

On July 12, Gu Fan, deputy director of the Department of Business Administration of China University of Political Science and Law, was invited by China Building Materials Bengbu Glass Industrial Design Research Institute to hold a training on the theme of "New Trends in Human Resource Management Development", chaired by Jiang Rongying, Minister of Integrated Management of Bengbu Institute. Nearly 36 personnel engaged in human resource management from Kaisheng Group Bengbu area participated in the training.

Gu Fan first introduced the strategic human resource management in the knowledge-based economy era from four perspectives: historical evolution, theoretical basis, development frontier and latest exploration, put forward the new requirements for employee relationship in the knowledge-based economy era, and introduced the most advanced HR three-pillar theory of human resource management; secondly, from the employee competency model. The three dimensions of type, employee needs analysis and employee values talk about the implementation strategy of humanized management based on human nature, emphasizing the principle of balance and matching, and putting forward that human resource management has risen to a new height of employee values management. Thirdly, Mr. Gu Fan combines with enterprises in Bengbu of Kaisheng Group. On the basis of analyzing and evaluating the existing organizational structure, this paper introduces the organizational innovation and management reform of mature enterprises, and through analyzing the advanced organizational reform experiences of GE and Haier Group, it provides ideas for the future organizational structure design and organizational change promotion of Kaisheng Group; finally, Gu Fanlao Teachers introduced the value-oriented strategic human resources management system solutions, summarized the six human resources management modules, provides a validity comparison of different selection methods, thus making the best decision-making way, Gu Fan also provides us with a new way of thinking in the performance appraisal, combined with Huawei, Peapod and so on. The practice of company management emphasizes the role of individual performance commitment and goal management in individual and organizational performance appraisal, and provides valuable experience for solving related problems of performance appraisal.

After the training, Gu Fan also recommended the relevant books for the personnel engaged in human resources related work, including the basic teaching materials of MBA in Colleges and universities, human resources related case sets and famous enterprise human resources cases. This training focuses on human resources strategic management, provides advanced international and domestic human resources strategic management theory and case, promotes the Kaisheng Group in Bengbu engaged in human resources related work of the staff's theoretical level and work ability to enhance, better for the Kaisheng Group's development.

Professor Gu fan is currently Deputy Director of Business Administration Department of China University of Political Science and Law business school. Ph. D. graduated from the Department of management, London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. Research areas include human resource management, organizational behavior, culture and management. Many papers have been published in journals of management at home and abroad. Has participated in a number of enterprise consulting projects for Beijing Mobile, State Grid Jiangsu Province Company and other enterprises to provide consulting services.
